GUEST WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that I am renting a property (the “Property”) from Craig Morrissey (the “Host”) through Airbnb. The Property features a pool, hot tub, sauna, and jet tub (the “Amenities”).

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that the use of the Amenities involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

– Slipping, tripping, or falling
– Drowning or near-drowning
– Burns or scalds
– Heart attack or other medical conditions

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

I release and hold harmless the Host, Airbnb, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any damage, loss, or injury to myself or my property, including death, that may occur from my use of the Amenities.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

I agree to follow all rules and regulations posted for the Amenities and to use them in a responsible manner. I understand that I am responsible for supervising any minors or guests who may use the Amenities.

CERTIFICATION

I certify that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely using the Amenities.
